Recently I've been speaking to people in the gym about nutrition....it seems a lot of people still believe the best way to lose body fat is to eat less and move more! This is NOT the case, I can't stress enough the importance of a healthy balanced diet with ALL 3 macro nutrients! Believe it or not you can get extremely lean eating carbs! Choose your sources wisely and train intelligently.....the days of low carb and endless cardio are fast becoming a thing of the past! Knowledge is power......educate yourself and don't listen to these idiotic gurus!
